##pidorpidor##
All are welcome to join in this ongoing series of classes introducing the guiding principles and fundamental exercises for the preparation of the practice of T’ai Chi Ch’uan as passed traditionally through the lineage of the Tung family. Included will be the basic practice of T’ai Chi Kung which draws nine movement postures from the traditional Yang style of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, combined to create a sequence of beneficial exercises engaging body, mind, and spirit. This form can be done standing or sitting in a chair and is thus suitable to every age or level of experience. An introduction to the long form of the traditional slow set will also be shared. These practices can be easily integrated into our daily lives from which many benefits may result: stimulate healthy circulation; nourish the organ systems; strengthen bones and joints; improve memory and concentration; release tension/stress while toning the neuromuscular system; clear/align subtle energetic channels; deepen relaxation, awaken pure presence and inspire flowing grace. ##pidorpidor##
